Unlimited Color Printing When your design demands unlimited color, the Varsity Full Color Process is your go-to solution. With vibrant CMYK printing, you can apply full-color transfers to a wide variety of fabrics—whether it’s 100% polyester, cotton, or blends. Perfect for jerseys, bags, jackets, and more, these transfers apply at low temperatures and give your products a professional, lasting finish. All you need is a heat press!
Choose from four available gang sheet sizes for 1, 2, 3, or unlimited color printing. This feature allows you to place multiple designs on one sheet without additional costs, making the most of your printing. Just remember to leave enough space between designs for easy cutting.
Important: Flooded sheets are not permitted.
We offer 1, 2, and 3-color designs with the option to add metallic inks for an additional $15. Our full-color images are printed using CMYK process colors with an opaque white backing, perfect for designs with photographic elements or complex graphics featuring four or more colors.
Before placing your order, make sure to follow these important guidelines for submitting your artwork:
Ensure your artwork is uploaded at the exact size you want it printed. For example, if you select a 9″x6″ sheet but upload an 8″x5″ image, your design will be printed at 8″x5″. Double-check your dimensions to avoid size discrepancies.
For spot printing, lines should be at least 1 pt thick, and negative spaces should be at least 2 pts wide. Process printing requires 3 pt lines for full opacity on dark fabrics.
Be sure to convert all text to outlines (non-editable vectors) before submitting your artwork to avoid any font issues during the printing process.
We recommend submitting artwork in PDF, AI, EPS, or PSD formats. We also accept JPG, PNG, and TIFF files. Ensure all files are saved in CMYK mode and meet our internal printing specifications for a high-quality final product. If you’re using Corel Draw, please save your file as a PDF before submission.
