Efficiently arrange multiple designs onto a single gang sheet for cost-effective, high-volume printing. Perfect for large-scale projects or testing various layouts in one go. If you need more than 20 feet, simply adjust the quantity to “2” for a 40-foot sheet! All you need is a heat press to bring your custom designs to life.

Preferred File Format: PDF with a 22” canvas width. PNG is also acceptable.

Artwork Requirements:

  • Transparent background is required
  • Resolution: 300 DPI

Our printers are crafted for top precision and exceptional quality, so we’ll print exactly what you upload. Please ensure all artwork is high-quality and high-resolution.

First Press

  1. Set heat press to 300-315°F with firm pressure and press for 10-13 seconds.
  2. Make sure the transfer is correctly placed.
  3. Experiment with your settings for the best results.

Peeling Method: Cold Peel – Let the transfer cool fully before peeling off the film. This is our recommended method.

Second Press

  1. Re-press with firm pressure for 3-5 seconds.
  2. Heat settings may vary depending on the fabric type.
  3. Ensure firm and even pressure for a solid bond. Avoid pressing over seams, zippers, buttons, or other raised areas.

Recommended for: Cotton and Cotton/Polyester blends.

For 100% Polyester: Lower heat to 250-275°F and reduce press time to 7-8 seconds. Test for best results.

Each material may need slightly different heat and pressure settings. Feel free to reach out if you have questions.

For orders over $100, we provide free First Class Mail shipping.
